- In such a situation, OpakjephPlumbing will not be responsible for any issues caused as the result of Inferior materials used. We believe that the client chose to provide materials because they are capable. We only state the obvious above. Moreover, we don't know the clients' negotiation with the supplier.
- In such a situation, the project is no longer on a contract basis. We are only paid for our services so if there is need for changing of materials bought and already used, we will charge for that rework. Moreover, quotation can always be plus or minus so if there is need for additional little materials as the result of change of work to give the best or return of surplus materials due to change of work, the client will be fully responsible for this with no delay as delaying the supply can delay or affect the progress of our ongoing services in the site.
